Hilary Duff and her husband Mike Comrie aren't the only ones crazy about their baby boy Luca Cruz! Aunt Haylie Duff gushes that her new nephew is absolutely "perfect!"
"The baby's…beautiful. He's perfect," Haylie, 27, told E! at this past weekend's Los Angeles opening of photographer Tyler Shields' new exhibit, Mouthful.
