During their farewell, Terrence J asked fans to check him out on E! News where he's replacing Ryan Seacrest. Although Rocsi didn't mention her next move, there has been buzz that she is competeing with the likes of Chrissy Teigen and Khloe Kardashian to become the host of "The X Factor" on Fox.
Then Terrence J and Rocsi held hands as they waved goodbye for the last time.

Nearly 740,000 votes were cast across the five categories (hip-hop, R&B, EDM, rock and pop) resulting in a winners' list led by both fan-favorite veteran acts and relative newcomers.</P><P>So who took home the gold in our Summer Jam Games? Ke$ha 'Gives So Many F---s' About Her New Album
'On this record, I said, 'Let's leave the tricks to a minimum and let me wail,' ' Ke$ha tells Rolling Stone about her 'vulnerable' album.

<P>Last month, seemingly against the will of his employer, super producer Dr. Luke leaked a snippet of a song called <a href="/news/articles/1686772/kesha-supernatural-single.jhtml">"Supernatural,"</a> a walloping slab of electro-pop presumably set to be featured on <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/kesha_/artist.jhtml">Ke$ha</a>'s long-in-the-works new album.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Ke$ha Says New Album Will Be ' Balls-Out, Irreverent Rock'" id="vid:652875" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>"You leaked my song about me having sexy time with a ghost!" Ke$h subsequently tweeted at Luke." Now everyone knows I get it on with ghosts!"</P><P>Of course, we're assuming Ke$ha was just feigning outrage at the sneak peek, because in an interview in the new issue of <i>Rolling Stone,</i> she speaks in-depth about her upcoming album (tentatively due later this year), saying that it melds her Auto-Tuned, pop-heavy past with her current, <a href="/news/articles/1663946/kesha-new-album.jhtml">classic rock-indebted present</a>.</P><P>"I want it to be a mix of what works on the radio and what I listen to in my spare time," she said. "I'm on a steady diet of T. Rex and Iggy Pop."</P><P>Ke$ha and Luke also previewed a handful of tracks for the magazine (they have 17 songs in various forms of completion), including "Die Young," the aforementioned "Supernatural" and "Last Goodbye." Tentative guest stars include Flaming Lips' main man Wayne Coyne — who, back in May, <a href="/news/articles/1685827/kesha-flaming-lips-tattoo.jhtml">spoke to MTV News</a> about working with the singer — Pop and Black Keys' drummer Patrick Carney. And unlike her previous <i>Animal</i> and <i>Cannibal</i> albums, Ke$ha said that, on her new record, she's not afraid to get deep.</P><P>"The first two records talked more about partying, which is a great, magical part of life. But some songs on the new record are more personal and vulnerable," she said. "And you can hear more of the music I listen to when I'm lying in my bed. I'm not claiming that it's a rock record, but as long as it's f---ing good, you can call it whatever you want."</P><P>And though Ke$ha's worked hard at cultivating her hard-partying persona, her new album is very much a labor of love ... not to mention a nod to the naysayers who dismissed her as nothing more than a flash in the pan.</P><P>"About 90 percent of the time, I don't give a f---. But I give so many f---s about this album," she said. "Some people weren't sure if I could sing. Usher Stepson's Jet Ski Accident: More Details Emerge
Incident report released to MTV News identifies a family friend as the man who struck Kyle Glover with a Jet Ski.

<P>Details from the tragic Jet Ski accident that left <a href="/news/articles/1689206/ushers-stepson-declared-brain-dead-after-jet-ski-accident.jhtml">Kyle Glover</a>, stepson to R&B superstar <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/Usher/artist.jhtml">Usher Raymond</a>, brain dead continue to emerge. The incident report, obtained by MTV News from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, identified Jeffrey S. Hubbard as the vehicle's operator.</P><P>According to the report, Hubbard was operating the watercraft in Atlanta's Lake Lanier when he ran over two juveniles being towed on an inner tube by another boat at approximately 3:25 p.m. ET on Friday. Both of the injured children were flown to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. While the incident report didn't identify any of the injured by name, it has been reported that 11-year-old Kyle Glover sustained a head injury and had been declared brain dead by doctors, but officials have <a href="http://www.ajc.com/news/reports-ushers-former-stepson-1473926.html">declined</a> to speak on his condition, citing privacy issues. The second victim, a 15-year-old girl, is said to have suffered a cut on the head and a broken arm.</P><P>A media representative at Georgia's DNR told MTV News that Hubbard was no stranger to Glover and that he was a friend of the family. Glover's mother, Tameka Foster, <a href="http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2012/07/usher-stepson-kyle-glover-critical-condition-jet-ski-accident-tameka-foster">spoke</a> to RadarOnline, simply saying, "He's bad."</P><P>According to the site, the distraught mom also took to her Facebook page to send this message: "Kyle, You are strong.. You'll be saved I know it. I love you my baby. I need all #Prayers for my son! thanks you everybody!"</P><P>Foster and Usher were married in 2007, but <a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1613894/usher-files-divorce.jhtml">divorced two years later</a> in 2009 and are currently going through a custody battle. They are both reportedly at the hospital.</P><P>This tragedy comes a month after <a href="http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1687847/usher-billboard-looking-4-myself.jhtml">Usher released his latest #1 album</a>, <i>Looking 4 Myself.</i></P>

Reese Witherspoon Welcomes Baby Boy
Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth welcomed a baby boy earlier today. Tennessee James Toth, what an awesome name, is the newest addition to the Witherspoon/Toth clan and his parents have been anxiously awaiting his arrival. Although the actress never confirmed her pregnancy it became quite obvious a few months ago that she was indeed expanding her family. Today Reese and Jim became the proud parents of a bouncing baby boy. He is named after the state where his mother grew up and his father, both of which make up a pretty stellar name in my book. A rep for Reese released this statement earlier. “Reese Witherspoonand husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.” Having more children is something that Reese has wanted to do since she married her hubby. This is a dream come true fro both of them. Little Tennessee is the first child for Witherspoon and Toth. Coldplay, Led Zeppelin Album Covers Featured On New British Stamps

<P>On Thursday (January 7), the U.K.'s Royal Mail unveiled a series of 10 new stamps, honoring the most iconic album covers of the past 40 years.</P><P>The albums featured in the new series are the <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="515">Rolling Stones</MTVNLINK>' <i>Let It Bleed,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="993">Led Zeppelin</MTVNLINK>'s <i>IV,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="973">David Bowie</MTVNLINK>'s <i>The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="503245">Mike Oldfield</MTVNLINK>'s <i>Tubular Bells,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="977">The Clash</MTVNLINK>'s <i>London Calling,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="267">New Order</MTVNLINK>'s <i>Power, Corruption and Lies,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="758">Primal Scream</MTVNLINK>'s <i>Screamadelica,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="1118">Pink Floyd</MTVNLINK>'s <i>The Division Bell,</i> <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="1041">Blur</MTVNLINK>'s <i>Parklife</i> and — the most recent album on to make the cut — <MTVNLINK type="artist" id="1111141">Coldplay</MTVNLINK>'s <i>A Rush of Blood to the Head.</i></P><P>Meant to honor "the most potent graphic images of modern times, many of which have provided a visual soundtrack to people's lives," the series is the end result of a lengthy research process by the Royal Mail, who looked through thousands of album covers by British artists before deciding on the final list. And, during a Wednesday night BBC Radio broadcast, it was revealed that the queen herself actually approved each design.</P><P>Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page — who helped design the cover for <i>IV</i> — was on hand to celebrate the release of the stamps and recalled the mysterious nature of the album's iconic imagery.</P><P>"Almost 40 years after the album came out, nobody knows the old man who featured on the cover, nor the artist who painted him," he said. "That sort of sums up what we wanted to achieve with the album cover, which has remained both anonymous and enigmatic at the same time."</P><P>Of course, any great honor is befitting of an equally great contest, so, on the same day the stamps were made available to the general public, Coldplay decided to give one of their <i>Rush of Blood</i> stamps away. In a message on their official site, the band held a contest to send one lucky fan "a letter using a Coldplay stamp, postmarked with today's issue date."</P><P>"We visited our local post office earlier today and bought some of the Coldplay stamps," the message read. "Very nice they are too."</P>

“Price Check” Drops Official Trailer: Watch Now!
With its November 16th release date quickly creeping upon us, IFC Films has just debuted the new trailer for “Price Check.”
Directed by Michael Walker, the buzzed about dramedy boasts a cast that includes Parker Posey, Eric Mabius, Annie Parisse, Josh Pais, Cheyenne Jackson, and Edward Herrmann.
Per the synopsis, “Pete Cozy (Mabius) has found himself a house in the suburbs and a job in the pricing department of a middling supermarket chain. Pete’s job allows him to spend quality time with his wife and young son and, despite the fact that they are drowning in debts, they appear happy. Everything changes when Pete gets a new boss, the beautiful, high-powered, fast talking Susan Felders (Posey).”

OH WEEZY: Lil Wayne Gives Humorously Unprofessional Deposition Over Infamous Documentary Case
The fight goes on between Lil Wayne and Quincy Jones' son, Quincy Jones III (QD3) over the now infamous film The Carter Documentary. Now, a leaked deposition tape has leaked, featuring Lil Wayne clowning Quincy's lawyer in more ways than one. Check out the hilarious unprofessionalism inside...
Ok, it's not funny to laugh at such a serious matter. But Lil Wayne is making us wonder if he's sticking by his probation rules and laying off the drugs and alcohol.
In case you didn't know, Lil Wayne is pissy that QD3, who is also the producer of the Beef series you see on Viacom channels, released a documentary featuring Weezy himself. QD3 claims he had permission to follow Wayne for a year or so for footage. But when Wayne saw the finished product, he didn't like how he was made out to look--so he says. So now, he says QD3 had no right to release the doc.
Here we are with a case to determine QD3's rights. And during a June 2012 deposition obtained by TMZ, Lil Wayne acted the fool when grilled by QD3's lawyer, Pete Ross. Ross asked semi-stupid questions, but likely just for procedural purposes. And Wayne let dude have it. He even kept saying he couldn't recall anything about his own past arrests.
Tunechi told Ross at the end that the judge "can't save him in the real world." Was that a threat Tunechi?
By the way, after hopping on Juicy J's track "Bandz A Make Her Dance" with 2 Chainz, Weezy just tied the king of Rock & Roll, Elvis Presley, for the most appearances on Billboard's Hot 100 chart. The magic number--108.

<P>Contrary to the breakup rumors that flooded the Internet earlier this month, Selena Gomez is perfectly happy with <a href="/news/articles/1690653/justin-bieber-writes-song-selena-gomez.jhtml">pop-star boyfriend Justin Bieber</a>.</P><P>He's just one of a few topics the <a href="http://www.mtv.com/ontv/vma/2012/">VMA</a> nominee chatted about with <a href="http://www.teenvogue.com/industry/coverlook/coverlook-september-2012/selena-gomez-teen-vogue-photos" target="_blank"><i>Teen Vogue</i></a> for a September cover story. Gomez also discussed her aspirations to take acting to a whole new level and her dreams to make music with <i>another</i> Justin.</P><P>Describing her relationship with Bieber as "really fun," Gomez told the mag she feels "lucky" to have the young singer by her side. "I'm 20. I don't take anything in my personal life too seriously," she says. "I have great friends and a solid group of people I love. I feel like everything else will come organically."</P><P>Unlike <a href="/news/articles/1686645/miley-cyrus-liam-hemsworth-engaged.jhtml">fellow Disney alum Miley Cyrus</a>, the pint-size pop star isn't interested in walking down the aisle anytime soon, saying, "Marriage and all that other stuff I think will happen once I feel accomplished in every other aspect of my life."</P><P>But if there's one thing Gomez is pushing for it's her long-term goal to shake off her predictable good-girl reputation. One major step in making her Mickey Mouse days a distant memory is her <a href="/news/articles/1684137/selena-gomez-spring-breakers.jhtml">girls-gone-wild adventure flick "Spring Breakers,"</a> which hits theaters in early 2013. She tells the magazine that after she read the script for the Harmony Korine-directed film, she took a plane to the director's home in Nashville to convince him that she would "work really hard."</P><P>And while she describes her role in 2011's "Monte Carlo" as "a good step for me at the time," Gomez said she would never want to do something like that again. "I don't necessarily feel accomplished. I want to create a whole different persona when it comes to acting," she explained.</P><P>Gomez is also planning to take her music to the next level too, and there's one star she's dying to hit the studio with. Kat Graham Takes Flight at LAX
Gearing up for some promotional travel, Kat Graham showed up at LAX International Airport this morning (September 24).
The “Vampire Diaries” dame dressed pretty conspicuously in a gold studded camouflage jacket with a leather cap and platform boots as she strolled past some shutterbugs.
In a recent interview, Kat chatted about the upcoming season of her hit CW show, including what’s up with her character Bonnie.
"A lot of the beginning of the first few episodes of season four is all about transition and new decisions and new directions [for all of the characters]," she began.
"I think that Bonnie will forever try and stand by Elena. I also think that Bonnie is also going to be in a predicament of her own very soon, and she's going to have to be making decisions that are often for Elena but are also off in her own direction. She's not her powers, you know?"

Usher's Stepson Declared Brain Dead After Jet-Ski Accident

<P>Things went from bad to worse for Kiie Glover, Usher's 11-year-old stepson. After a tragic Jet Ski accident left the <a href="http://rapfix.mtv.com/2012/07/08/ushers-son-injured-in-jet-ski-accident/">youngster in critical condition</a> on Friday, doctors have now declared him brain dead.</P><P><a href="http://www.tmz.com/2012/07/08/usher-tameka-foster-stepson-brain-dead/" target=="_blank">TMZ</a> is reporting that Glover, who is the son of Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Foster, has not experienced any brain activity since he was admitted into the hospital two days ago. According to reports, the pre-teen and a friend were floating in inner tubes on Lake Lanier in Atlanta when they were struck by a man on a Jet Ski. Glover was unresponsive when he was taken out of the water and airlifted to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston; his friend, an unidentified 15-year old girl, was treated for a cut on the head and a broken arm.</P><P>According to the <a href="http://www.ajc.com/news/reports-ushers-stepson-injured-1473926.html" target="_blank"><i>Atlanta Journal-Constitution,</i></a> the Georgia Department of Natural Resources said that alcohol doesn't appear to have been a factor in the accident and the newspaper also reported that the man on the Jet Ski and Glover were part of the same group on an outing at the lake.</P><P>Foster and Usher (born Usher Raymond) were married in 2007 but divorced in 2009. The two are reportedly both present at the hospital.</P><P>Many of Usher and Foster's celebrity friends took to Twitter on Sunday (July 8) to express their deepest sympathies.</P><P>"My deepest prayers go out to Tameka, Usher and both of their families right now," Diggy Simmons wrote.</P><P>"Wishing @TamekaRaymond's son godspeed recovery. horrible news to hear," Roots drummer Questlove added, while television personality La La Anthony wrote: "Praying for @TamekaRaymond and her family. Asking to give her and her family strength during this difficult time. Praying for u Kile."</P><P>This tragedy comes a month after Usher released his latest #1 album, <i>Looking 4 Myself.</i></P><P><i>Share your well wishes for Usher and his family in the comments section.</i></P>

We've definitely caught the Olympics fever here at MTV News and have been hard-pressed to pull our eyes away from all the action, and we're not alone. Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, Lea Michele Up For PETA Awards
Peta2 is bestowing awards including Most Animal-Friendly Pop/Hip-Hop Artist to celebs for their support of animal rights.

<P>PETA's youth division, peta2, is giving props to celebs like <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a>, <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/kesha_/artist.jhtml">Ke$ha</a> and "Glee" star Lea Michele at this year's <a href="http://features.peta2.com/libby-awards-2011/?utm_campaign=1211%20Libbys%20Nominees%20Press%20Pitches&utm_source=peta2%20Pitch&utm_medium=Media#PeopleAndMusic" target="_blank">Libby Awards</a> for their efforts in support of animal rights.</P><P>The Biebs, who appeared in a <a href="/news/articles/1656302/justin-bieber-peta-ad.jhtml">campaign</a> for the organization at the top of the year using Bieber-fied catch-phrases like "My world includes passion for animals, yours should too" and "Animals can make u smile. Adopt from your local shelter," is taking on fellow animal-loving pop star Ke$ha and rappers k-os and Waka Flocka Flame in the Most Animal-Friendly Pop/Hip-Hop Artist category. Ke$ha appeared in an ad campaigning against the slaughter of Canadian seals.</P><P>Michele, who speaks out against the mistreatment of carriage horses in New York City, faces off against "Jackass" star Steve-O, Cobra Starship's leading man and peta2's Sexiest Vegetarian Gabe Saporta, and "Victorious" star Daniella Monet in the Top Animal-Friendly Celebrity category.</P><P>The Ready Set, Tokio Hotel, Hellogoodbye and the Swellers are all up for Most Animal-Friendly Band. Ke$ha and Tokio are also up for Best peta2 ad along with Social Distortion frontman Mike Ness and Yelle.</P><P>The Libby (as in "Liberation") Awards will be decided on January 17 by fan votes as well as peta2. Voting ends December 23.</P><P>"Our nominees have all worked hard to shine their spotlights on a variety of important animal issues," peta2 Division Manager Marta Holmberg said about the nominees, which honors animal-friendly people and products. "As our accomplished stars demonstrate, compassion isn't just a virtue — it's also a road to success."</P>
